Fun Jumpers Welcome

 

Of course fun jumpers are welcome at Skydive Vancouver Island.  Some of our favorite people we know are skydivers and they help to create the atmosphere that makes Skydive Vancouver Island so great.  Some of the information that experienced skydivers might want to know includes:

• Our planes are a Cessna 182 that holds 4 skydivers and a Cessna 206 that holds 6 skydivers

• Jump Tickets: $49 to 10,000 feet, $53 to 12,500 feet, and $25 for Hop & Pops up to 5,000 feet (GST Included)

• We do have a limited amount of gear rental available for $30 per jump (Canopy sizing varies from 190 - 290)

• We usually have a packer on site if you need one.

• Jumpers must be either CSPA, USPA or other FAI recognized aero club affiliated. Temporary CSPA affiliations may be required for additional 3rd party liability coverage.

• Solo and A License sport jumpers please contact us before planning a trip to our dropzone.

• We are open for Fun Jumpers pretty much anytime as we have tandem loads most days.  Calling ahead is usually a good idea. We will turn fun jumper loads daily so wait times are typically not an issue.

• Our landing area is at the Arbutus Meadows Events Centre so there is a shuttle to the airport to load the plane

• Skydive Vancouver Island has regular Development Camps & Courses offered throughout the season 

• We host a variety of fun events including our Annual Island Fever Skydive Festival!
